Job Summary

Sr Developer role in a global organization responsible for designing building and optimizing cloud native applications using AWS Lambda MongoDB Kafka and AWS Cloud services. Responsibilities

• Design and implement highly scalable serverless applications using AWS Lambda to support critical business workflows and reporting needs in a secure and efficient manner.
• Develop robust data access layers and schemas in MongoDB that ensure optimal query performance high availability and consistent data quality across reporting and operational systems.
• Configure and optimize Kafka based event streaming pipelines that reliably process high volume data feeds and enable near real time insights for internal teams and external stakeholders.




• Collaborate with cross functional teams in a hybrid work model to translate complex business requirements into transparent technical solutions that align with organizational standards and reporting objectives.
• Conduct detailed code reviews and performance tuning activities across backend services to improve latency reliability and resource utilization in AWS Cloud environments.
• Establish and maintain secure integration patterns between AWS Lambda MongoDB and Kafka components that comply with enterprise security guidelines and protect sensitive information.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation that clearly describes architecture decisions data flows and operational procedures for reporting and analytics solutions.
