About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to drive business growth by identifying new accounts, opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT services / software solutions sales and a robust understanding of the technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

• Understand client business needs and position relevant IT services, software development, cloud, data, AI, and digital solutions.

• Work closely with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Technology, and WFM teams to develop appropriate solutions and proposals.

• Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions.

• Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets.





• Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and up-selling within existing clients.

• Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technology opportunities.

• Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities, forecasts, and account information in CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales closure to project initiation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, software development, or technology consulting.

• Proven experience in selling technology services or solutions to mid-market or enterprise clients.

• Strong understanding of software development and IT service offerings.

• Experience managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
