Market Research & Digital Campaign Specialist

Role Overview

Responsible for supporting Kavi India and Kavi Global’s market research, demand generation, digital
campaigns, content marketing, and B2B lead-generation initiatives across multiple industries.
The role combines market intelligence, account research, LinkedIn prospecting, campaign execution,
content planning, and marketing analytics to support business growth and sales development.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and company research to identify market opportunities, business trends, and potential accounts.

• Research and build target-account and executive lists using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, focusing on C-suite, VP, and Director-level decision-makers.

• Identify and prioritize accounts based on industry, company size, geography, business triggers, technology initiatives, and Kavi’s service capabilities.

• Plan and execute LinkedIn prospecting and digital lead-generation campaigns, including targeting, messaging, follow-ups, and campaign tracking.





• Develop persona-specific messaging and outreach sequences based on industry challenges, business priorities, and relevant Kavi capabilities.

• Generate, research, and qualify B2B leads by identifying relevant prospects, buying signals, business needs, and engagement indicators.

• Provide actionable prospect and account intelligence to Sales and Business Development teams.

• Track campaign performance across outreach activity, connection acceptance, responses, qualified leads, meetings, and follow-ups.

• Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements to targeting, messaging, industries, personas, and campaign strategy.

• Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and client-expansion initiatives by identifying decision- makers, business units, initiatives, and cross-sell opportunities.
