About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow social media presence for our clients across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and basic digital marketing concepts.
Key Responsibilities• Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
• Create engaging content ideas, captions, posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the design and video team for creatives and video content.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, sounds, formats, and social media trends.
• Publish and schedule content across different platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
• Build and maintain a strong online community for clients.




• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
• Analyse reach, engagement, followers, leads, and other key metrics.
• Stay updated with changes in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Meta algorithms.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media activities with paid advertising and overall marketing objectives.
• Conduct competitor and industry research to identify new content opportunities.
• Suggest new campaigns, content formats, and strategies to improve organic growth.

Required Skills• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats.
• Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite / Ads Mana
