The Sales Specialist (Business Development Manager) is responsible for driving sales growth, market development, product strategy, and business expansion for the Automation portfolio, including Building Management Systems (BMS), Valves & Actuators, Sensors, and associated field devices.

This role combines strategic business planning, market intelligence, consultant engagement, sales enablement, portfolio management, and cross-functional leadership to strengthen market presence, increase market share, achieve revenue targets, and ensure product excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
