Role Description The Sr Admission Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Panchkula, responsible for guiding prospective students through the complete admission lifecycle. Day-to-day activities include counseling candidates on IPB’s programs, explaining course offerings and career outcomes,



and assessing eligibility based on educational and professional background. The role involves managing inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and digital platforms, conducting follow-up with leads, and maintaining accurate records in the admission management system. The Sr Admission Counselor will participate in outreach activities such as seminars, college visits, and events, and work closely with the academic and placement teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students. The role also includes meeting admission targets, preparing regular reports, and contributing feedback to improve processes and learner engagement.
