Job Purpose
The Deputy Manager / Manager will drive operational excellence, system enhancements, and quality assurance for Aviva's core policy administration frameworks (specifically Group Asia and related PAS ecosystems). This role acts as a critical bridge between Business Operations, IT Development, and QA teams to manage system enhancements, production support, and full-lifecycle testing

• Good Knowledge of Life Insurance concepts, Products & Group Asia (Mandatory),



prior experience of working on GroupAsia is required
• Basic level of working on excel (Mandatory)
• Worked at BA/Tester (Mandatory)
• Basic/Intermediate knowledge of SQL/Oracle (Good to have)
• Understands SDLC, STLC & other IT terminology (Mandatory)
• Stakeholder Management (Good to have)
• Any certification in Life Insurance or testing (Positive to have)

Required Key Skills & Qualifications

• Domain Expertise: Mandatory deep exposure to Life Insurance Operations and Policy Administration Systems (PAS).
• Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience or high familiarity working with Group Asia or LifeAsia frameworks.
• Database Skills: Proficient in writing intermediate to advanced SQL or Oracle queries (joins, subqueries, indexing) to fetch and reconcile complex data structures.
• Process Methodologies: Firm understanding of traditional and agile SDLC and STLC methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication
