Experience: - 4–8 years’ experience, with hands-on exposure to retail research, rent rolls, lease data and performance reporting
Key Responsibilities: -
1. Retail Research & Consumer Analysis – Lead research for all retail projects across RMZ’s pipeline – vicinity and catchment-level consumer analysis, demographic and lifestyle profiling, competitive benchmarking, and syndicated retail/consumer research – to build a robust, location-specific view of demand.
2. Data-to-Insight Translation – Break down research and portfolio data into transparent, usable retail insights – demand gaps, category opportunity and brand-fit – that can be applied directly to leasing, tenant-mix and positioning decisions.
3. Retail Strategy & Location Planning – Translate insights into retail strategy by location as RMZ scales into new cities and territories across India – shaping format mix (anchor, vanilla, F&B;, experiential), category priorities and positioning for each market

Pre-Leasing Planning & Stakeholder Alignment – Work with internal stakeholders to plan pre-leasing numbers and growth targets ahead of new and upcoming projects, grounded in research and market insight.
5. Central Data Repository & Rent Roll Management – Own and maintain the single source of truth for all retail data across RMZ’s portfolio – rent rolls, lease terms, renewals, occupancy, vacancy and tenant records – keeping it current, accurate and audit-ready at all times.
6. Brand & Category Performance Analysis – Track and analyse brand-wise and category-wise performance – rent, rent-to-sales, occupancy and other available metrics – across the portfolio to identify underperformers, renewal risks and growth opportunities.
7. Reporting & Presentations – Build decks and dashboards on research findings, revenues, occupancy, rent rolls and the leasing pipeline for leadership and board-level reviews, translating data and insight into clear, decision-ready recommendations.
