As we continue expanding across North America, we're looking for a motivated GTM / Outbound Associate to support our outbound growth in the US market.

Role Overview
As a GTM / Outbound Associate, you will support pipeline generation for the US market by identifying target accounts, researching prospects, executing outbound campaigns, and engaging with potential customers.
This role is ideal for a recent engineering graduate or a candidate with a 4-year undergraduate degree who is interested in building a career in B2B SaaS, Tech Sales, Business Development, and Go-to-Market.
You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams and gain exposure to enterprise selling and the US market.

Key Responsibilities




• Research and identify target accounts and prospects in the US market.
• Build and maintain prospect and target account lists.
• Identify relevant decision-makers across Compliance, Risk, Fraud, Operations, Product, and Digital Transformation teams.
• Execute outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other prospecting channels.
• Support the Sales team in generating qualified meetings and opportunities.
• Conduct basic market, competitor, and account research.
• Assist in creating and testing outbound messaging and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely updates.
• Track outreach activity, responses, meetings, and campaign performance.
• Continuously learn and improve outreach approaches based on feedback and results.
