Job Description
Must-Have Skills
• Develop high-quality, effective, and scalable software applications using dot NET Technologies, C#, Java based frameworks, db (SQL, NoSQL) Frontend technologies Angular, Flutter (Hands on)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and security best practices are followed.
• Contributing to architectural discussions, system design, and implementing new features and enhancements.
• Providing technical direction and mentorship to the development team, performing code reviews, enforcing best practices, and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Designing, optimizing, and maintaining SQL databases, queries,



and stored procedures to ensure efficient data retrieval and management.
• Identifying performance bottlenecks in the application and implementing optimizations to enhance system performance.
• Mentor and guide team members.

Agile Methodologies
• Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure Agile principles and practices are followed to optimize team productivity and project success.

APIs and Microservices
• Design and implement APIs and microservices to enable seamless integration and scalability of the applications.
• Ensure APIs are well-documented and adhere to RESTful principles.

Azure and Cloud Technologies
• Utilize Azure toolsets and cloud technologies to build, deploy, and manage applications.
• Implement best practices for cloud security, scalability, and cost optimization.
