This role strengthens the Webshop domain by enabling better, faster, and deeper data driven decisions, while reducing analytical dependency on individual contributors and improving collaboration between Webshop and Performance teams.

Role Overview
The Webshop Data Analyst sits at the intersection of Webshop Product, Tech, and Performance. The role focuses on turning webshop data into clear, actionable insights that improve conversion, revenue, customer experience, and operational decisions. This analyst takes ownership of webshop performance analytics, supports decision-making product and commercial teams, and gradually takes over part of the current
analytical workload within the Webshop domain. The role collaborates closely with Performance and Marketing Analytics but has a primary focus on onsite and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Webshop Performance Analysis
• Analyze end-to-end webshop performance, from traffic and behavior to conversion
and revenue
• Translate business and product questions into structured data analysis




• Proactively identify opportunities and issues impacting webshop outcomes
• Support decision-making with explicit insights, recommendations, and impact sizing

Core Webshop KPIs include (but are not limited to):
• Conversion Rate (overall & funnel-level)
• Revenue, Orders, AOV
• Revenue per Visitor
• Funnel drop-off (PDP → Cart → Checkout → Order)
• Product performance (views, add-to-cart, sales, margin)
• Assortment performance and availability impact
• Pricing & promotion effectiveness
• Customer behavior and journey analysis
• Impact of stock, delivery options, and webshop changes on sales

2. Dashboarding & Reporting
• Build and maintain standardized webshop performance dashboards for:
o Webshop Product & Tech teams
o Commercial and leadership stakeholders
• Automate recurring reporting to reduce manual effort and increase consistency
• Ensure dashboards focus on decision-making, not just visibility
