JWERO.ai, is a Jewellery Autnomous Operatuing System, dedicated to empowering jewelers through end-to-end automation of their business operations (from ERP to Sales, Marketing & Customer Engagement automation), all from a single dashboard.

Qualifications
? What will you do?This is a direct B2B software sales role.
You will take ownership of the customer journey:
Enquiry → Qualification → Demo → Follow-up → Commercial Discussion → Closure

Your responsibilities will include:
• Follow up with enquiries generated through exhibitions, events, website, referrals, campaigns and our industry database
• Speak with jewellery retailers and understand their business requirements
• Qualify prospects based on business profile, requirement, urgency, decision-making process and product fit




• Conduct software demonstrations and explain JWERO's solutions in the context of the customer's business
• Build relationships with business owners, promoters and senior decision makers
• Handle objections and move opportunities towards a clear next step
• Follow up consistently after demos and commercial discussions
• Prepare and follow up on proposals and commercial discussions
• Close standard opportunities independently and work with senior sales leadership on larger/complex opportunities
• Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, activity and follow-up records in JWERO CRM
• Reactivate older and dormant enquiries
• Share customer objections, market feedback and competitor insights with the sales/product team

? Who are we looking for?Experience: 1–4 years
