About Position:

We are looking for a Java Kafka professional with 8-10 years of experience to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka-based event-driven architecture, REST APIs, and production-grade application development. The candidate will work closely with engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
• Design and implement Kafka-based event-driven solutions for high-volume, distributed systems
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with upstream and downstream systems
• Work on Kafka producers, consumers, topics, partitions, offsets, consumer groups, and message processing flows
• Participate in application design, code reviews, debugging,



performance tuning, and production support activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability across environments
• Support CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting across development and production environments
• Follow engineering best practices for clean code, unit testing, documentation, and agile delivery

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, and backend application development
