Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Support day-to-day business and operational activities.
• Interact with customers and understand their requirements and concerns.
• Visit residential societies and conduct on-ground activities as part of customer engagement and operations.
• Travel within Bangalore to visit societies and support field-level operational activities
• Assist customers with queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requests.
• Follow up on customer-related tasks and ensure closure.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and operational activities.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with the relevant teams.
• Support customer onboarding and engagement activities.
• Assist in improving operational processes and customer experience.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
