Role Overview

Integrace Health is seeking a Marketing Director to lead one of its core therapy areas — Women's Health or Orthopaedics and Pain management. This is a leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for therapy-area strategy, P&L;, portfolio growth, and category leadership. The role will translate market and customer insights into the annual operating plan, lead a high-performing team of Brand Managers, and work cross-functionally to deliver sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall divisional P&L;, driving revenue, profitability, market share, and sustainable growth.
• Develop the annual operating plan and strategic roadmap for the therapy area, aligned with business objectives.
• Define therapy-area and portfolio strategies to drive prescription generation, expand the prescribing base, and strengthen market position.
• Translate market intelligence, customer insights, prescription trends,



competitor activity, and scientific developments into actionable strategies.
• Build effective systems, processes, and governance for planning, execution, and performance tracking.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Brand Managers, fostering ownership, creativity, and execution excellence.
• Influence and align cross-functional teams across Sales, Medical, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions to achieve divisional objectives.
• Partner with Sales leadership to translate marketing strategy into effective field execution.
• Drive initiatives across Rx, digital, consumer, KOL engagement, CMEs, launches, and other therapy-building interventions.
• Evaluate marketing investments and optimize resource allocation based on business impact and ROI.
