Vidyatech is expanding its enterprise cybersecurity business and is looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Lead to drive growth across the BFSI sector.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role for a sales professional who can independently identify opportunities, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and close enterprise cybersecurity deals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own new business development for cybersecurity and GRC solutions within Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, and FinTech organizations.
• Build and manage a self-generated sales pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, networking, and strategic account mapping.
• Engage with CISOs, CIOs, Heads of Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Risk, Compliance, and Procurement leaders.
• Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Position Vidyatech's cybersecurity portfolio, including DashMagiq, by translating technical capabilities into business value.
• Collaborate with technical and leadership teams on demonstrations, PoCs, solution discussions,



pricing, and commercial proposals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, stakeholder mapping, and account plans.
• Provide market intelligence on cybersecurity trends and competing solutions across DLP, SIEM, SOC, IAM, GRC, Cloud Security, Data Security, and Incident Response.
• What We're Looking For:6–12 years of enterprise/B2B sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years selling cybersecurity, enterprise software, cloud security, data security, GRC, or related solutions.
• Proven success in independently generating pipeline and closing enterprise opportunities.
• Strong relationships within the BFSI ecosystem, particularly with CISOs and CIOs, are highly desirable.
• Experience selling to Banks, Insurance companies, NBFCs, or other regulated financial institutions is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a rapid-growing, founder-led organization with a high degree of ownership.
