• 4+ years of experience in specialty coffee roasting/production
• Strong expertise in cupping & quality control
• Experience in green coffee sourcing
• Proven experience in B2B account management & business development
• Ability to take technical ownership and build systems that scale
• Solid understanding of specialty coffee, roasting profiles, consistency, and quality standards
