The Role
We are looking for a deeply hands-on SDE-3 who owns features end-to-end and raises the quality bar within a pod. You bring strong technical judgment, speed, clarity and simplicity to everything you build. You will be a core builder inside one product pod: designing services, writing production Node.js + TypeScript, shaping MongoDB schemas, debugging across backend, React and Flutter,



and keeping the systems you own reliable. You will use AI as a cognitive partner to move faster without lowering the bar.

Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Systems
• Design and build scalable, resilient services within your pod's domain.
• Contribute to system design reviews and argue trade-offs with first-principles reasoning.
• Decide what to build vs reuse vs adopt open-source, and explain the call.
• Follow and strengthen the architecture patterns the team has agreed on.

Hands-On Engineering
• Write high-quality Node.js + TypeScript code - readable, tested, production-grade.
• Design efficient MongoDB schemas and build complex aggregations.
• Debug issues across React, Flutter and Backend, down to the infra and DB layer.
• Leverage AI capabilities and develop at a high pace with good taste.
