About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with deep expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product strategy, roadmap planning, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery of enterprise portfolio management capabilities. This role requires a unique blend of product management expertise, platform knowledge, business process understanding, and AI-driven innovation. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, PMOs, finance teams, architects, developers, and platform teams to maximize business value through ServiceNow SPM and emerging AI capabilities.

What You'll Do:

• Own and manage the product vision, roadmap, strategy, and backlog for ServiceNow SPM capabilities.
• Define product objectives aligned with business priorities and strategic goals.




• Collaborate with business, PMO, finance, and technology stakeholders to prioritize initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable product features and platform capabilities.
• Lead roadmap planning, release management, adoption strategies, and value realization programs.
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.
• Drive implementation and optimization of Demand Management processes including idea intake, demand scoring, assessments, and prioritization.
• Lead Project and Program Management capabilities including governance, milestones, RAID management, and project health reporting.
• Manage Portfolio Management processes including investment planning, portfolio reviews, and strategic alignment.
