Hiring: Retail Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to manage our store operations, lead the retail team, drive sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team.
• Monitor key retail KPIs and store performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer escalations.
• Manage inventory, stock movement, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily store closing procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly store reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth store operations.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail/store management.
• Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
• Robust communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of retail operations and KPIs.
• Basic knowledge of POS and MS Office.
• Target-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
