Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Analytics professional who combines robust marketing domain knowledge with data-driven problem-solving and client-facing consulting skills. The role will focus on customer acquisition, engagement, retention, cross-sell, and marketing effectiveness through advanced analytics and actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to identify and structure marketing, customer, and growth-related business problems.
• Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance,



product adoption, channel effectiveness, and marketing ROI.
• Develop analytical solutions across customer segmentation, targeting, acquisition, engagement, cross-sell, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Design campaign measurement frameworks covering test/control analysis, attribution, incremental lift, conversion, and ROI.
• Evaluate customer journeys and marketing funnels to identify leakage points and growth opportunities.
• Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations for marketing and business leadership.
• Implement attribution frameworks and track channel performance.
• Develop executive presentations and decision-support materials for client stakeholders.
• Work with internal and client teams to define data requirements, business rules, KPIs, and analytical methodologies.
