We are looking for a Manager – Media Solutions & Marketing Analytics who can bridge media, data, analytics and technology to develop solutions that address client business challenges.

The role will involve working with clients and internal media, analytics and technology teams to identify business problems, develop customized solutions and drive implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Consulting
• Understand client business and marketing challenges and translate them into actionable solution requirements.
• Develop and recommend data-led and technology-enabled media solutions.
• Manage solutions from conceptualisation through implementation, tracking and optimisation.
• Partner with media teams to identify opportunities for improving campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Develop solution frameworks, presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Marketing Analytics
• Lead marketing measurement and analytics initiatives to evaluate media and marketing effectiveness.




• Work with data and analytics teams to convert insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Develop analytical frameworks, dashboards and measurement approaches to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data, automation and GenAI in marketing solutions.

Client & Stakeholder Management
• Act as a key point of contact for assigned clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage discussions with senior client stakeholders and understand evolving business requirements.
• Coordinate multiple teams across media, analytics, knowledge & insights and product.
• Drive regular reviews, follow-ups and solution adoption.

Business Development
• Identify opportunities for solution-led account growth.
• Support pitches, RFPs and new business proposals.
• Develop compelling business cases and solution narratives.
• Partner with leadership on recent product and solution opportunities.

Team & Project Management
• Manage multiple workstreams and ensure timely d
