Job Summary

Responsible for managing the timely and accurate movement of Raw Materials, Semi-Finished Goods (SFG), and Finished Goods (FG) while ensuring proper documentation, inventory control, safety, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily dispatch and material movement activities.
• Coordinate movement of raw materials,Semi-Finished Goods (SFG), and Finished Goods (FG) between stores, production,warehouse, subcontractors, and customers.
• Verify item code, quantity, batch/lot number, quality status, packing, and identification before movement/dispatch.
• Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of dispatch documents such as Delivery Challan, Invoice, Packing List, Gate Pass, E-way Bill, etc.
• Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement, loading, and timely delivery.




• Supervise loading/unloading and ensure protected handling and proper securing of materials.
• Maintain accurate ERP/WMS transactions and physical inventory records.
• Ensure proper segregation and traceability of accepted, rejected, hold, rework, and returned materials.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Sales, Finance, Stores, and Logistics teams.
• Monitor dispatch errors, shortages, damages, and delays and take corrective action.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance wherever applicable.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards in the dispatch area.
• Manage dispatch manpower and ensure adherence to SOPs and work instructions.
