About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Test Engineer with a strong background in performance testing for large-scale enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with K6 and will be adept at building performance test frameworks from scratch. This role involves integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines and validating application behavior during peak load conditions, particularly in the context of complex on-premises to Azure cloud migration programs.

What You'll Do:

• Design and execute performance test scenarios including load, stress, soak, and spike testing using K6 against Azure environments.
• Capture baseline performance metrics on legacy/on-premises environments and validate performance parity on Azure infrastructure.
• Validate application behavior under 150% of peak load conditions and verify autoscaling configurations.
• Monitor, analyze,



and report p99 latency against defined SLA requirements.
• Prepare and manage large-scale test datasets to accurately simulate production workloads.
• Integrate K6 performance tests into GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for automated execution.
• Leverage monitoring and APM tools such as Datadog and Azure Monitor to identify bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.
• Execute end-to-end performance validation across Dev, Test, Stage, and Production environments.
• Document performance trends, findings, and recommendations for technical and business stakeholders.
