About CollectIQ
CollectIQ is the revenue recovery product of the Omega Digital Platform. It works the accounts receivable a provider has already earned but has not yet collected — denied, underpaid, unanswered and written-off claims.
Most denied revenue is recoverable, and most of it is never recovered. Not through poor execution, but because the cost of pursuing a claim frequently exceeds what it is expected to return. The binding constraint in back-end revenue cycle management is claim economics, not staff capacity.
