We are looking for a hands-on Growth & Business Development professional who can help us build a predictable pipeline of new business.
The RoleThis is an individual contributor role with a solid focus on business generation.
You will be responsible for identifying the right markets and prospects, creating meaningful conversations with business decision-makers, generating qualified opportunities, building referral relationships and converting opportunities into clients.
This is not a pure social media or content marketing role.
We are looking for someone who thinks beyond likes, followers and campaigns and is comfortable being accountable for leads, meetings, pipeline and revenue.
What You'll Own1. Business Development & Lead Generation• Identify target industries, companies and customer segments for RMH's services.




• Build and maintain a qualified prospect database.
• Generate leads through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, email, calls, networking and referrals.
• Build relationships with founders, business owners, finance leaders and other decision-makers.
• Schedule and conduct initial business conversations.
• Follow up systematically with prospects and opportunities.
• Coordinate with RMH's CA team for proposals, consultations and closures.
• Maintain an accurate sales/business-development pipeline.

2. Growth Strategy• Understand RMH's existing services, client profile and competitive landscape.
• Identify services and customer segments with strong business potential.
• Develop go-to-market plans for selected segments.
• Experiment with different acquisition channels and measure their effectiveness.
• Track conversion rates, acquisition cost and revenue generated.
