We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The candidate will be responsible for driving qualified leads, improving campaign performance, increasing brand visibility, managing social media growth, and ensuring positive online brand reputation through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
• LinkedIn Ads
• X (Twitter) Ads
• Other relevant digital advertising platforms
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective allocation for maximum returns.
• Conduct audience segmentation, retargeting, lookalike audience creation,



and conversion optimization.
• Implement and manage lead generation, website traffic, engagement, and conversion campaigns.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and Conversion Rates.

Social Media Marketing (SMM)• Develop monthly social media strategies and content promotion plans.
• Execute paid and organic growth campaigns.
• Manage brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Increase audience engagement, follower growth, and content reach.
• Coordinate with creative teams for campaign creatives, reels, videos, and static content.

Search & Website Performance• Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Implement conversion tracking, UTM tagging, and event tracking.
• Conduct landing page optimization and A/B testing.
