TAC Infosec Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter – Cybersecurity to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, IT, and cybersecurity positions across India.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring cybersecurity and IT professionals and a good understanding of roles across Application Security, VAPT, Information Security, GRC, SOC, Cloud Security, Product Engineering, and IT Infrastructure.
The recruiter will work closely with HR, hiring managers, technical leaders, and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, build solid talent pipelines, and ensure timely closure of positions.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and cybersecurity positions across India.
• Understand job requirements and technical competencies in coordination with hiring managers.
• Source, screen, shortlist, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously and ensure closures within defined timelines.




• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for critical and recurring positions.
