Graphic Designer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Graphic Designing Design creative content for social media, digital campaigns, posters, brochures, standees, banners, invitations, presentations, and internal communications. Create artwork for hospital events, awareness campaigns, health camps, doctor promotions, celebrations, and special occasions. Develop creative concepts and visual layouts in line with the hospital’s brand guidelines. Resize and adapt designs for different digital and print formats. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all creative materials. Video Shooting & Editing Plan and execute video shoots for hospital events, doctor interviews, patient education, awareness campaigns, testimonials, reels, and promotional content. Handle camera, lighting, audio, and basic video production equipment. Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms. Create engaging short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, interviews, and event highlights. Add captions, subtitles,



transitions, music, graphics, logos, and other visual elements as required. Coordinate with doctors, clinical teams, management, and other departments during video shoots. Photography Capture high-quality photographs of hospital facilities, doctors, staff, events, programs, campaigns, and other organizational activities. Handle basic lighting, composition, framing, and post-processing. Maintain and organize photo and video files systematically. Edit and enhance photographs for digital and print usage. Digital Content & Branding Create visually engaging content for the hospital’s social media platforms and digital communication channels. Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, and other departments to understand content requirements. Maintain consistency in hospital branding, logos, fonts, colors, and visual identity.
