Compliance Associate, Finance Associate

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / CA Inter / CA Dropout, Cost Accountant (CMA)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years & Above

Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, ISD, and posting entries in Books.
• Reconciliation of GST data with books of accounts and GST portal records.
• Handling GST & Income Tax notices, assessments, audits, and departmental queries.
• Preparation and filing of TDS/TCS returns and ensuring timely deposit of monthly taxes.
• Coordination with tax consultants, auditors for closing the Statutory & Other audits.
• Preparation and filing of MCA forms including DIR-3 KYC, DPT-3, MSME-1, AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, PAS-6, ADT-1 and other event-based filings
• Daily monitoring of bank balances and cash flow positions.




• Management of surplus funds through investments in Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits (FDs), Bonds, Debt Instruments
• Handling investment transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and renewals.
• Managing Loan Against Securities (LAS), overdraft facilities, and other treasury funding arrangements
• Coordination with banks, mutual fund houses, wealth managers, brokers, and financial institutions.
• Monitoring interest income, dividend income, capital gains, and investment-related charges.
• Preparation of treasury and investment MIS reports for management review.
• Managing offshore entity’s transactions.
