We're looking for a Marketplace Manager to own Eyemode's presence and performance on Amazon and Myntra. You'll be responsible for everything from listing quality and catalog health to advertising, pricing, inventory coordination, and P&L; for each platform. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for someone who wants to build a marketplace function from the ground up at a fast-growing brand.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Operations & Onboarding
• Own end-to-end account management across Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Myntra
• Lead onboarding onto new categories/sub-brands within these platforms, including approvals and catalog setup
• Manage day-to-day operations: order processing, returns/RTO management, claims, and platform compliance

Catalog & Listing Quality
• Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, A+ content) tailored to each platform's algorithm and audience
• Ensure all material and product claims are accurate and verifiable — no unverified claims on frame materials (metal, acetate, cellulose propionate, etc.)

• Maintain catalog hygiene: correct categorization, images, sizing, and variant mapping
• Coordinate with the design/content team on marketplace-specific creative assets

Pricing, Promotions & Revenue
• Set and manage pricing strategy across both platforms, balancing MRP integrity, platform-specific margins, and competitiveness
• Plan and execute participation in platform sale events (Amazon Great Indian Festival, Myntra EORS, etc.)
• Manage advertising spend on Amazon Ads and Myntra Ads, optimizing for ROAS/ACOS
• Track and improve conversion rate, CTR, and organic ranking per SKU on each platform

What We're Looking For
• 1-2 years of experience in marketplace/e-commerce management, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, D2C, or eyewear
• Hands-on experience with both Amazon Seller Central and Myntra Partner Portal
• Solid grip on Amazon Ads and Myntra Ads, plus unit economics/P&L; thinking
• Comfortab
