About The Role

We are looking for an experienced International Partnerships Manager to help expand our mobile robotics business across global markets.

This is a hands-on partnerships role for someone who understands how robotics and automation businesses enter recent markets — through the right distributors, system integrators, technology partners and local alliances.

You will be responsible not just for finding partners, but for identifying the right markets, building the partner ecosystem, taking partnerships from the first conversation through commercial agreement and enablement, and ultimately helping turn those relationships into business.

What You’ll Do

Build the international partner ecosystem

Identify and evaluate distributors, system integrators and strategic technology partners across target markets.

Build relationships with senior decision-makers within potential partner organisations.

Assess partners based on market reach, technical capability, customer access, commercial strength and ability to represent robotics solutions effectively.





Manage the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting through onboarding and ongoing performance.

Drive international market expansion

Identify attractive markets and develop market-entry strategies.

Understand local customer needs, competitive dynamics, channel structures and business practices.

Develop region-specific go-to-market approaches in collaboration with Sales, Product, Solutioning and Marketing teams.

Help translate global products and capabilities into commercially relevant regional offerings.

Turn partnerships into business

Work with partners to identify opportunities, develop pipelines and support customer engagement.

Establish partner plans, targets and performance metrics.

Drive partner activation and enablement rather than simply signing agreements.

Track partner performance and continuously improve the quality of the international channel.
