About The Role

We are looking for a Program Manager / Business Analyst to support the hospital's Mumbai operations through structured program management, business analysis, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

The role will work closely with leadership and functional teams to identify operational gaps, analyze business performance, improve processes, and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with hospital leadership to drive key operational and business initiatives
• Track progress of strategic programs and ensure timely execution
• Analyze hospital performance across key operational and business metrics
• Prepare dashboards, MIS, and management reports for leadership review
• Analyze revenue, patient volumes, occupancy, collections, referral trends, and other relevant KPIs
• Identify operational gaps and opportunities for process improvement




• Conduct data analysis and convert business data into actionable insights
• Coordinate with clinical, operations, finance, HR, TPA, marketing, and other teams for cross-functional initiatives
• Define project timelines, milestones, owners, and deliverables
• Track action items and ensure closure within agreed timelines
• Support implementation of recent processes, systems, and operational initiatives
• Develop SOPs, process maps, trackers, and business review formats where required
• Conduct periodic performance reviews and highlight deviations from targets
• Support leadership in decision-making through data-backed analysis
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and proactively escalate them
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across hospital operations
