Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner is a full time, in person role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Managing HR policies, advising on employee relations issues, overseeing performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.
• Support talent management activities such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, career development, and succession planning.
• Create and maintain Key Result Areas (KRAs) and support employee performance tracking.




• Manage the employee performance appraisal process, including planning appraisal cycles, coordinating manager and employee reviews, consolidating appraisal data, and ensuring timely completion of performance evaluations.
• Prepare, generate, and issue employee appraisal letters, salary revision letters, and promotion letters based on approved appraisal outcomes.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with employees to understand engagement and address concerns.
• Identify performance issues and coordinate with managers on improvement plans or exit formalities, where required.
• Coordinate employee reward and recognition programs.
• Support the implementation and review of HR and ISO policies.
• Educate employees on HR policies and ensure compliance with company processes.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
