This job is provided by apna.co For a Gold Loan vertical, the Field Sales Executive should primarily be responsible for market development, customer acquisition, lead generation, customer visits, and conversion of prospects into Gold Loan customers.

Field Sales Executive – Gold Loan

Role Objective

To generate and convert Gold Loan business through field-level customer acquisition, market visits, relationship building, and follow-up with prospective customers, while ensuring adherence to company policies and process guidelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Development & Customer AcquisitionIdentify potential Gold Loan customers within the assigned territory.

Conduct regular market visits to generate current business opportunities.

Develop relationships with local customers, traders, self-employed individuals, and other potential customer segments.

Generate business through direct sourcing, references, local market activities and customer referrals.

Lead Generation & Follow-upGenerate leads through field visits, references, existing customers and local market contacts.





Understand customer requirements and explain applicable Gold Loan products, features and processes.

Regularly follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into business.

Customer Meetings & ConversionMeet prospective customers personally and explain the benefits and terms of Gold Loan products.

Address customer queries and coordinate with the branch for further processing.

Accompany/guide customers to the branch wherever required and facilitate the loan processing journey.

Follow up on pending cases until completion/disbursement.

Branch & Business CoordinationCoordinate with the Branch Manager/Branch team regarding sourced customers and pending cases.

Ensure timely submission of required customer information/documents as per the prescribed process.

Maintain regular communication with the branch regarding lead status, conversion and business pipeline.
