Role Description: The role is responsible for efficiently managing various aspects of the talent acquisition process, including coordinating candidate interviews, scheduling,



job posting management, maintaining recruitment records, and providing critical administrative support to ensure a streamlined and successful recruitment cycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create, post, and manage job openings on various job boards and platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive interview experience.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), update candidate information, and ensure data accuracy.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely responses to inquiries and interview scheduling.
• Offer administrative assistance to the Talent Acquisition team, including document management, email correspondence, and maintaining interview calendars.
• Maintain records and documentation related to the recruitment process, ensuring data integrity and compliance
