WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• AI Transformation Advisory: AI opportunity identification and qualification across Life Sciences SAP functions; AI-ready process design and solution shaping for SAP functions across Sales, Manufacturing , Logistics and Quality; experience conducting client workshops and capability assessments in Life Sciences context
• SAP Business AI and SAP Joule : Drive digital transformation by combining business process knowledge with SAP Business AI and SAP Joule. You will design solutions using AI copilot agents, automated exception handling, and predictive analytics to build agile, resilient enterprise workflows.
• Functional Configuration & Integration: Drive module setup, master data design, and integration touchpoints (e.g., EWM-QM inspection lots, SD-Logistics delivery processing, ATTP serialization, or ICSM trial tracking).




• AI & Automation Implementation: Identify process friction points and deploy SAP Business AI capabilities. Train and enable business users to leverage SAP Joule for natural language querying, transactional execution, and cross-system decision automation.
• AI Agent & Workflow Integration: Work alongside technical teams to incorporate Joule Agents and Logistics/Supply Chain AI Assistants (e.g., issue resolution, batch expiration monitoring, stock replenishment, energetic bin optimization).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional supply chain, sales, compliance, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow and governance.
• Process Excellence + AI (SAP): Process discovery and redesign across SAP sub-functions; business process modelling for clinical operations, regulatory submissions, and safety workflows; process analysis and optimization with knowledge of GxP compliance requirements and validation consid
