About The Role

Heads Up For Tails is hiring a Manager -Quick Commerce to take full, dedicated ownership of our Instamart business. Given the scale this account has reached, it now warrants a single, focused owner rather than shared bandwidth across multiple platforms. This is a high-accountability role covering revenue, growth, and margin on Instamart - spanning assortment planning, product availability, on-platform visibility, and the day-to-day platform relationship. The role operates on a daily operating rhythm, not a weekly one, and is ideal for someone who thrives close to the operational detail while thinking commercially.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Ownership: Own end-to-end revenue, growth, and contribution margin for the Instamart account. Build and manage the operating plan at a city and dark-store cluster level, with a structured weekly review cadence.
• Assortment Strategy: Define assortment and pack architecture tailored to the platform. Drive timely onboarding of new SKUs and maintain high catalogue and content quality standards.




• Availability & Fill Rate Management: Partner with supply chain and platform teams on PO fulfilment, delivery appointments, and warehouse allocation to sustain robust city-level in-stock performance.
• Visibility & Ad Spend Optimization: Plan on-platform advertising, banner placements, and search visibility. Optimize ad spends against ROAS and incremental GMV targets.
• Promotions & Pricing: Design promotional offers and pricing strategies that grow sales volume while protecting contribution margin. Ensure pricing alignment across other sales channels.
• Platform Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact with Instamart category and account managers. Negotiate trade margins, visibility slots, and joint business plans (JBPs).
• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics at city and dark-store granularity. Identify high-demand pockets and build data-backed cases for market expansion.
