Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct engaging and concept-driven classes for CA Final students, particularly for IDT
• Create and curate comprehensive study materials, lecture notes, and student-friendly resources aligned with CA Final exam standards.
• Provide academic mentoring, guidance, and exam strategy support to learners.
• Collaborate with the content and academic teams to improve course structure and learner outcomes.
• Build and foster student engagement through webinars.
• Actively leverage social media platforms (YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, etc.) to motivate, guide,



and inspire learners with both academic and career-oriented content.
• Stay updated with the latest changes in CA syllabus, exam patterns, and student learning trends.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
• CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT

Experience:
• Minimum 3-7 years of relevant teaching experience (preferably in CA Final).
• Experience in mentoring students and preparing them for exams is highly desirable.

Preferred Attributes:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.(Hindi and English Both)
• A student-centric teaching approach with a deep understanding of learning psychology.
• High level of comfort with digital tools and online teaching platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to present complex topics in a straightforward, relatable manner.
