About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive with a strong background in Life Sciences / Medical Laboratory / Biotechnology and an understanding of Molecular Diagnostics and/or Flow Cytometry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business by understanding customer requirements, providing technical product information, conducting client discussions, and building solid relationships with laboratories, hospitals, diagnostic centres, research institutions, and other healthcare organizations.
This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, communication skills, customer handling, and sales ability.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Visit and interact with diagnostic laboratories, hospitals,



research institutes, and healthcare organizations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Explain products, tests, services, and technologies to customers in a clear and technically accurate manner.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales and business-development targets.
• Coordinate with the technical, laboratory, and operations teams to address customer queries.
• Provide technical support during client discussions, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other required sales documentation.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients and track business opportunities.
