About the Role
As Refyne accelerates its large enterprise coverage across PAN India,



we are looking for an
exceptional, battle-tested Large Enterprise Sales Leader (Individual Contributor).
This role is built for a master operator in complex B2B selling—someone who understands how to
map, multi-thread, and navigate massive corporate structures (BSE/NSE top 200, conglomerate
groups, and Fortune 500 enterprises). You won't just pitch a product; you will orchestrate
large-scale digital transformations at the CHRO, CFO, and CEO levels across India.

How You'll Make an Impact
● Large Enterprise Account Mapping (PAN India): Build and execute a territory strategy
targeting Tier-1 enterprises, large conglomerates, and top employers across India.
● Complex Multi-Threading: Navigate intricate matrix organizations by cultivating multiple
internal champions—building trust simultaneously with CHROs, CFOs, Heads of Total Rewards,
Procurement, Legal, and IT leaders.
