PRE-SALES EXECUTIVE –

User Experience & Design Consulting

Location: Hyderabad | Experience: 6–8 years | Level: Senior

Role Summary

We are looking for a commercially sharp Pre-Sales / Sales Operations professional to

power UX-led pursuits, deal shaping and growth across complex enterprise

engagements. This is not a purely external-facing sales role — you will work closely with

Sales, account teams, UX Leadership and Delivery, turning client requirements and

internal inputs into sharp, high-impact collaterals, pitches, proposals, commercials

and deal structures.

The role combines consulting mindset, commercial thinking and execution

discipline — from understanding the ask and shaping the story to pricing the

engagement, structuring the deal and running the internal pursuit engine end-to-end.

Equally significant is the ability to read the client pulse early, spot whitespace in

Design/UX and steer conversations toward untapped opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Run the internal pre-sales engine E2E — qualification, requirements, solution

narratives, decks,



proposals, SOWs, pricing, commercials, deal structuring and

pursuit governance in close partnership with Sales and UX teams.

• Translate requirements into high-impact sales collateral — executive decks,

pitches, POVs, proposals, case studies and differentiated value propositions that

make complex experience offerings clear and compelling.

• Shape the opportunity, not just respond to the brief — read between the lines,

understand the client pulse and identify whitespace across UX, Design, Experience

and digital transformation that can translate into expansion opportunities.

• Bring commercial rigor to every pursuit — structure premium professional

offerings across relevant engagement models, balancing client value, scope,

staffing, assumptions, risk, pricing and margin.

• Be the connective tissue across Sales, UX and Delivery, keeping pursuits moving

with the right inputs, narrative, commercials
