Key Responsibilities
• Drive revenue through proactive outreach to booked clients, identifying the nature and purpose of travel (celebration, occasion, special event, etc.).
• Pitch and convert upsell opportunities including décor setups, barbeque arrangements, private chef experiences, live singers, DJs, musicians, themed celebrations, and more.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand preferences and provide curated luxury experiences.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal operational teams for seamless event execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of décor, entertainment and celebration elements as per brand guidelines.
• Maintain accurate event checklists, vendor details, costs, and client approvals.
• Track lead conversions and revenue generated through experiential upselling.
• Provide on-ground support during key events, especially on weekends/holidays.
• Manage multiple requests simultaneously while ensuring superior guest satisfaction.





Key Requirements
(Education, Technical Skills & Personal Traits)
• Graduate in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in guest experience, events coordination or hospitality sales — preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence.
• Solid negotiation skills and vendor management capabilities.
• Confident, proactive, and passionate about crafting premium experiences.
• High level of ownership, multi-tasking ability, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working weekends, extended hours, and flexible shifts aligned with guest needs.
