About the RoleWe are looking for a QC Engineer with hands-on experience in machining and quality inspection, particularly in CNC, VMC and HMC environments. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of machining processes, mechanical drawings, GD&T;, inspection instruments and CMM operations.
Key Responsibilities• Conduct quality inspections of machined components manufactured through CNC, VMC and HMC processes.
• Perform in-process and final inspections as per drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings, tolerances and GD&T.;
• Operate standard measuring and inspection instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, dial gauges and other precision instruments.
• Perform or support CMM programming and inspection/operation.




• Understand CNC Turning, VMC and HMC machining operations and basic programming concepts.
• Identify dimensional, surface and machining-related defects.
• Investigate the root cause of machining defects, including tool deflection, chatter, thermal expansion and process-related variations.
• Coordinate with the production/machining team to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain inspection reports, quality records and documentation.
• Ensure components meet required customer specifications and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejection, rework and process variation.

Required Skills• Strong knowledge of CNC / VMC / HMC machining processes.
• Good understanding of CNC Turning, VMC and HMC operations and programming.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Practical knowledge of GD&T.;
• Hands-on experience with precision measuring inst
