Join Deloitte’s Immigration Programs & Strategy team as an Associate, Global Mobility and Immigration. You will support the end-to-end Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) process for United States professionals pursuing employment-based permanent residence. The role combines case coordination, technology-enabled workflow management, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external immigration law firms to support a compliant immigration experience.

As an Associate, Global Mobility and Immigration on the Immigration Programs & Strategy team, you will be responsible for…
• Support end-to-end Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) process activities in alignment with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and escalate potential compliance issues to PERM Services team leadership and/or external immigration law firms, as appropriate.
• Use SharePoint, Salesforce, Avature, and internal metrics to track case activity and support service goals.
• Use law firm portals and vendor systems to complete core job functions.
• Maintain accurate case records, monitor deadlines, and coordinate case activities with internal stakeholders and external immigration law firms.
The team
The Immigration Programs & Strategy team is part of the Talent Immigration organization of Deloitte Services LP. This team is responsible for supporting the needs of our foreign national practitioners across all businesses. This includes the development and delivery of strategic immigration programs, as well as strategic projects to enhance the immigration experience of our foreign national practitioners.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
• Graduate degree.
• 2-3 years of United States immigration experience.
• Experience supporting Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) case processing.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
