Job Purpose
To generate new business opportunities, develop and maintain customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and expand the Company's presence in the Printing & Packaging industry, including Offset, Rotogravure, Corrugated, Monocartons, and Flexible Packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Printing & Packaging industry.
• Generate recent leads through market visits, networking, references, cold calling, and other business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct customer meetings to understand customer packaging requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions.
• Coordinate with the Production, Planning, Quality, Dispatch, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales while maintaining the Company's profitability objectives.
• Follow up on enquiries, samples, trials, and pending orders until successful closure.




• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve complaints or service-related issues.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, sales activities, forecasts, and business opportunities in the prescribed reporting formats.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and potential business opportunities.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments in coordination with customers and the Accounts Department.
• Travel extensively to meet customers, develop new markets, and strengthen existing business relationships.
• Submit Daily Call Reports (DCR), visit reports, travel plans, sales forecasts, and other MIS reports as required.
• Represent the Company professionally during customer visits, exhibitions, trade shows, and business meetings.
