About the Role
Logline AI is an AI-native creative studio building AI-powered production and storytelling for entertainment and media. We're looking for a sales qualified to open doors and close deals with brands and agencies — selling Logline as a creative production partner, not an ad-inventory or media-buying vendor.
The right person understands what makes a piece of content good, has sat in rooms where creative ideas get pitched and greenlit, and is equally comfortable being the one to open the account and the one who can speak knowledgeably about the craft once they're in it.

It will be based in either Kolkata or Mumbai, based on candidates preference.

What You'll Do
• Prospect and open relationships with brand marketing teams and agencies (creative, content, digital, and integrated agencies — not media-buying desks) to bring in content mandates: branded films, DVCs, branded series, AFPs, integrated IP, and AI-native production.
• Pitch and close — run the sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract: pitch development (working closely with creative/ideation),



proposals, pricing conversations, negotiation, and closing.
• Execute against the GTM plan set by the lead — target the account segments and formats prioritized (including CSR/ESG, founder/legacy, innovation, and employer branding budget lines, alongside standard branded/animated content) and feedback market signal to refine it.
• Stay close to the content and agency ecosystem — know which agencies are pitching what, which brands have non-BAU budget lines open, and where Logline's AI-native production gives a genuine edge (speed, cost, native-language, format innovation).
• Represent Logline at industry events, festivals, and client meetings to build visibility as a serious creative studio, not just a tech vendor.
• Work closely with the creative/ideation team to shape pitches that are credible as content, not just as a sales deck — you should be able to give informed creative feedback, not
