About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and confident Business Development & Outreach Intern to work with AIPrepX, our AI-powered platform helping job seekers prepare for interviews and helping recruiters connect with relevant candidates.
This is a hands-on business development role where you will work on both sides of the employment ecosystem.
On one side, you will connect with colleges, placement cells, students, job seekers and qualified networks to introduce AIPrepX and help more candidates use the platform for interview preparation, resume improvement and job opportunities.
On the other side, you will reach out to recruiters, HR teams, staffing companies and employers, introduce them to AIPrepX, understand their hiring requirements and help them explore suitable candidate profiles available through the platform.
You will be speaking with people every day, building relationships, following up on opportunities and helping us grow a live AI product.
What You Will Do• Reach out to Placement Officers, Training & Placement teams, colleges and student communities across India.




• Introduce AIPrepX to students and job seekers and drive platform adoption.
• Identify potential college partnerships and coordinate product demonstrations.
• Connect with recruiters, HR professionals, staffing firms and companies involved in hiring.
• Understand recruiter requirements and introduce relevant AIPrepX capabilities and candidate profiles.
• Generate leads and schedule meetings or demonstrations for the AIPrepX team.
• Follow up through phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and email.
• Maintain an organised pipeline of colleges, candidates, recruiters and follow-up activities.
• Support onboarding and continued engagement after initial discussions.
• Gather feedback from both job seekers and recruiters to help improve the product and our go-to-market strategy.
