We are looking for a Tellecalling Executive who can handle business operations responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with businesses over the phone, working with operational targets, coordinating follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Business Calling
• Make outbound calls to multiple businesses, clients, shops, and potential business contacts as part of daily operations.
• Handle approximately 100–150 answered calls per working day, depending on the employee's working hours and daily operational requirements.
• Communicate professionally with businesses and understand their requirements, status, and operational needs.




• Follow up with businesses and maintain regular communication wherever required.
• Update call outcomes, business information, follow-up status, and other relevant details in Excel/CRM/internal systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, discussions, follow-ups, and business responses.
• Coordinate with internal teams and provide updates regarding business interactions.
• Work towards assigned daily and weekly operational targets.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned operational activities.
• Identify issues during business interactions and escalate them to the appropriate team.
• Assist in improving existing operational processes and workflows..
• Work with spreadsheets, online tools, website platforms, CRM/software systems, and other business applications.
