Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Investment Coach with strong, well-rounded mutual fund and portfolio advisory knowledge to manage high-value client relationships, conduct in-depth portfolio reviews, and drive significant investment growth. This role requires the ability to profile clients accurately, analyze portfolios and fund factsheets,



and advise confidently across fund categories.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Make 250+ dialed calls per day to potential and existing clients to generate leads and drive investment conversations.

Achieve approximately 3 hours of talk time daily.

Work towards monthly and quarterly business targets through proactive client

outreach.

Consistently follow up with prospects and clients to improve conversion.

Client Engagement

Build rapport with clients through confident, spontaneous, and clear communication.

Understand client requirements and represent them accurately to guide the

conversation.

Provide a positive, professional first point of contact for clients.

Ensure timely and professional resolution of basic client queries.

Learning & Development

Actively learn about mutual funds, investment products, and financial markets

through structured training.
